Families are at the heart of the FOOTPRINTS Project. From the very beginning of this project we have reached out and involved family members who have experienced the death of a child in the PICU setting from sudden and unexpected causes. Our FOOTPRINTS families are the reason for everything that we do in the FOOTPRINTS Project. Our family advisors oversee our project and provide advice, feedback, and insight from lived experience to our project team..
